<p>Habitat America, a growing property management company, is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team at Broadview and Woodcliffe Apartments in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).</p> <p>We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping residents feel at home.</p> <p>Position Overview: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day leasing and administrative operations of the community. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong occupancy levels while delivering an outstanding experience to prospective and current residents.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist prospective and current residents in a professional and friendly manner </li><li>Conduct property tours and effectively present community features and benefits </li><li>Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person </li><li>Process rental applications and lease agreements for market-rate units </li><li>Maintain accurate leasing files and documentation </li><li>Manage office responsibilities including answering phones, filing, data entry, and general administrative support </li><li>Coordinate with property management staff to ensure resident satisfaction </li><li>Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy </li><li>Deliver excellent customer service consistent with Habitat America's standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2+ years of property management experience in a leasing consultant or similar role (required) </li><li>Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close leases </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Professional demeanor and energetic personality </li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills </li><li>Proficiency with standard office software and property management systems </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>EOE</p>
