Specific responsibilities will be similar to the Application Support Administrator and Community Administrator.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with organization of the new Financial Services function, including the rollout of new services and streamlining current services. </li><li>Support apartment division by performing tasks currently performed by the sites as well the Application Support Team. </li><li>*End User Support for operating computer system (OneSite) for CRC Financial Services. </li><li>*Training operating computer system programs to CRC Financial Services Team. </li><li>*Assist with creating documentation materials for CRC Financial Services. </li><li>*Payments and Ledger Corrections. </li><li>*FAS/ FAS Refunds. </li><li>*Research. </li><li>Work directly with sites as necessary in a support/customer service manner; promotes positive, proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience of the highest quality. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. </li><li>Self-starter, ability to work independently. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Flexible to change and able to work in team environment. </li><li>Able to deal with some ambiguity at beginning of assignment.
