Come join our team!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers while representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.</p> <ul> <li>Safely operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to deliver products to customers in the Memphis area </li><li>Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and organization </li><li>Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon completion </li><li>Navigate efficiently through local streets and traffic patterns to optimize delivery routes </li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during shifts </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from recipients </li><li>Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management </li><li>Handle cash transactions and credit card payments when required </li><li>Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations </li><li>Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations </li></ul> <p>Pay is $10 per hour while on delivery and inside of the store. Drivers also get $1.50 per delivery. Tips and mileage paid daily!!!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record </li><li>Must be 18 years or older </li><li>Proof of valid vehicle insurance </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills </li><li>Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor </li><li>Basic math and cash handling abilities </li><li>Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs </li><li>Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery apps </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
