<p>The Senior Innovation Application Analyst drives the identification, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies that solve business and clinical challenges. Reporting to the Applications Manager, this role combines technical expertise with creativity and collaboration-bridging the gap between IT, operations, and innovation initiatives.</p> <p>This position plays a key role in evaluating and applying new tools such as automation, advanced analytics, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve system performance, enhance workflows, and support strategic transformation across the organization.
