If you have a strong, sales-oriented personality with a desire to be successful, you may be well suited for this sales position.</p> <p>WHAT WE OFFER</p> <ul> <li>Starting pay of $15 per hour </li><li>Part-time schedule including every other Saturdays </li><li>All inbound sales leads - NO COLD CALLING! </li><li>Career advancement opportunities! </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries </li><li>Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications </li><li>Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves </li><li>Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork </li><li>Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction </li><li>Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p> <ul> <li>Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test </li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required </li><li>At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience </li><li>Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication </li><li>Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone </li><li>Good grammar, voice and diction </li><li>Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively </li><li>Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale </li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities </li><li>Able to perform basic business math </li><li>Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values </li></ul> <p>This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Marion, Ohio.
