<p>Title: DATA INTEGRITY ANALYST Impact & Evaluation,</p> <p>Youth & Family well-being (YFWB) AND Risk Management</p> <p>Reports to: Senior Data Integrity Manager, Impact & Evaluation, YFWB</p> <p>Location: 305 Seventh Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10001</p> <p>Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Exempt (Hybrid 3 days in office)</p> <p>Salary: $61,000-$68,500/year</p> <p>Job Summary: The Good Shepherd Services Impact and Evaluation Departments (I&E) mission is to support programs in managing their contracts and learning from data to strengthen the services and impact. I&E oversees agency-wide efforts in performance management, promoting implementation of evidence-based practices, and supporting evidence-generating activities. Within I&E, the Youth and Family Well Being Programs Portfolio team supports the programs in Good Shepherd Services (GSS) Youth and Family Well Being program division. This position is part of a team that works to ensure data integrity throughout the GSS Youth and Family Well Being Programs (Foster Care, Residential, Close to Home, Prevention) and Risk Management agency wide.</p> <p>The Data Integrity Analyst oversees proper management of data for these programs to provide GSS with the ability to conduct analysis on and report program data for the purposes of compliance, learning, and improvement. The work of this position ensures that the data we use for these efforts is trustworthy and reliable. The Data Integrity Analyst is a key liaison between staff in ISD, the programs we support, and GSS Information Technology (IT) staff.</p> <p>This role is responsible for ongoing monitoring of incident reports, ensuring data integrity throughout various systems, and reporting. Additionally, the role is responsible for updating internal dashboards and reports.</p> <p>Major Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring the integrity of participant and program activity data entry into the databases that correspond to each program. </li><li>Manage any reconciliation processes between internal and external data to ensure that GSS is in compliance with program requirements and, where relevant, can receive fiscal reimbursement. </li><li>Serve as liaison with program staff who are directly responsible for program data entry, advising them on data entry best practices and database usage and troubleshooting. </li><li>Train staff in the use of various internal and external database systems. </li><li>Create and pull reports from the data systems for program and support staff. </li><li>Track participant intakes and movements and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems </li><li>Partner with programs to gather all necessary documentation and complete necessary follow-up. </li><li>Collaborate with staff from GSS IT department to ensure our technical/database infrastructure meets the needs of program data entry and analysis. </li><li>Generate reports from corresponding databases to assist programs in understanding, monitoring and correcting their data. </li><li>Act as a backup for the Database Integrity Analysis for the NYS OCFS Connections system </li><li>Regularly coach program staff (formally and informally) to support an effective feedback loop between program and I&E. </li><li>Collaborate with other I&E team members to support data integrity across systems. </li></ul> <p>Risk Management:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees all aspects of the internal incident reporting system (Salesforce) </li><li>Updates data fields as necessary </li><li>Creates dashboards and reports for multiple stakeholders on a regular basis </li><li>Create and presents at internal meetings on data trends and analysis </li><li>Assists in the review of all incident reports, ensuring correct submission and information is included in our internal reporting system. </li><li>Follows up with program and support staff for missing details or key information as it relates to incidents and incident submission </li><li>Conducts all trainings for staff on how to submit incident reports </li><li>Troubleshoots with staff who are experiencing issues within the incident reporting system </li><li>Collaborates with IT Salesforce Team to ensure all aspects of the system are up to date and accurate; troubleshoots as necessary </li><li>Provides inter-departmental support for the use, dissemination and sharing of data and other relevant information for Risk Management meetings. </li><li>Prepares necessary materials for all Risk Management meetings including the compilation of data into PowerPoint slides. </li><li>Maintains digital files for meeting minutes and correspondence. </li><li>Provides input on data and other needs as they relate to the implementation of Salesforce. </li><li>Provides requested data on a regular and as needed basis to funders and oversight agencies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree required. Masters degree in social work or related field preferred. </li><li>Strong expertise database management, with Salesforce experience preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong data management skills; understanding and love of data </li><li>Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people is essential. </li><li>Ability to use public transportation for travel to program locations throughout New York City. </li><li>Two years social services experience preferred. </li><li>Enthusiasm for collaboration; friendly and responsive </li></ul>
