<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Enter data of new hires into our foundation logic uniform software. </li><li>Assign new hires correct uniform ID badge and name tag. </li><li>Explain to new team members all necessary processes including locker information, dress code requirements. If needed take measurements for appropriate customization of uniform to the new hire. </li><li>Assist team members while turning in company property upon termination, un-assigning uniform, adding notes to uniform system and signing all paperwork to process outgoing team member's exit. </li><li>Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to maintain composure and display a positive attitude at all times. </li><li>Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. </li><li>Work with interruptions and strong attention to detail </li><li>Must have ability to learn uniform programs and any updates as needed. </li><li>Ability of simple reading and task completion skills is required. </li><li>Must have the following skills: following instructions. </li><li>Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. </li><li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly standing, occasionally walking, reaching overhead, and bending over during the duration of their shift. </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull up to 10lbs or less. </li><li>The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands and light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required. </li><li>Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. </li><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
