<p>About the role</p> <p>As a Test Automation Lead/Test Manager, you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable automation and Gen AI solutions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Automation team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and junior engineers to drive innovation and excellence in testing practices.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of test automation frameworks and solutions. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. </li><li>Develop and maintain Gen AI solutions, including integration with tools like Copilot. </li><li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. </li><li>Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects. </li></ul> <p>Work model:</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC.
