Acts as a patient advocate. Provides support, information and direct care. Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self care issues.</p> <p>Registered Nurse (RN) Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) is required. </li><li>Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of permanent residency. </li><li>Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certificate Course preferred. </li><li>Full-time and part-time staff are required to complete the ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certificate Course within 1 year of hire/transfer and maintain certificate renewal per ONS. </li><li>Stand-by staff are required to complete the ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy: Fundamentals of Administration Course within 1 year of hire/transfer and maintain certificate renewal per ONS. </li><li>National Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred; Full-time and part-time staff are required to obtain within 3 years of hire/transfer and maintain certification renewal per ONS. </li><li>One to three years experience in a medical office setting in the selected specialty preferred. </li></ul> <p>Registered Nurse (RN) Position Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Clinic is staffed day shift, Monday through Friday. </li></ul> <p>Registered Nurse (RN) Position Benefits</p> <ul> <li>At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for benefits. </li><li>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $33.00 - $52.80 Commensurate with experience</p>
