Our Facilities team plays a critical role in ensuring our restaurants operate smoothly and safely-day and night, weekdays and weekends.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Cafe Rio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our Facilities team. This role is responsible for managing and administering facility-related work orders in Service Channel during after-hours and weekends. The position will work closely with the Facility Managers to support all Cafe Rio locations across multiple regions.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Days: Wednesday through Sunday </li><li>Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (with occasional flexibility as needed) </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage incoming work order tickets in Service Channel </li><li>Triage, dispatch, and follow up on facility-related service requests </li><li>Ensure timely communication and escalation of high-priority issues to Facility Managers </li><li>Support vendor coordination, status tracking, and ticket resolution </li><li>Maintain accurate ticket documentation, notes, and updates in Service Channel </li><li>Collaborate with Facility Managers to ensure alignment on repairs, timelines, and vendor performance </li><li>Support weekend and after-hours coverage needs across the full Café Rio portfolio </li><li>Other support tasks as needed to assist Facilities data tracking initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1 - 2+ year of administrative or facilities coordination experience </li><li>Experience with Service Channel or similar work order platforms a strong plus </li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through </li><li>Comfortable using technology and learning new systems </li></ul>
