<p>JOB DESCRIPTION: Life Enrichment Coordinator</p> <p>Reports to: Executive Director</p> <p>Position Summary: Responsible for creating and implementing community activity programs that safely and appropriately engage residents in compliance with regulations. Manages resident welcome and community lifestyle through fostering an inclusive environment. Contribute to your work environment and find a way to share with others</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enthusiasm for life and adding value to the lives of others</p> </li><li> <p>High School diploma/ GED required.</p> </li><li> <p>NCCAP (Activities Professional) certification required</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of experience working with seniors in designing and executing programming.</p> </li><li> <p>Organized with demonstrated follow through with detail</p> </li><li> <p>Strive for excellence. Previous experience focusing on customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated success in planning programming to engage residents</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to influence others in cooperation to attain goals</p> </li><li> <p>Lead by example in practicing good judgement in relation to confidentiality</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with success and find joy</p> </li><li> <p>Great communication skills to interact with various customers in conversations and writing.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish confidence and trust</p> </li><li> <p>Desire to act as an owner in day to day decision making and problem solving as well as accountability.</p> </li></ul>
