WIDA Standards and mandated state testing </li><li>Knowledge of the New Jersey State Learning Standards </li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching content in Spanish </li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with grade level colleagues to provide individualized, yet rigorous instruction in Bilingual Strategies </li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management </li><li>Experience working with students in various grades levels in various content areas </li><li>Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community </li></ul> <p>Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract</p> <p>Initiator: Liza Rios Otto, Director of Multilingual Learners</p> <ul> <li>Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable </li><li>Pending budget availability </li><li>All postings are open for ten (10) consecutive days following the date or until filled </li></ul>
