<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Flooring Inspector / Manager to oversee installation crews, manage project quality, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in flooring or construction.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Onboard and manage a team of carpet and hard surface flooring installers </li><li>Perform job site inspections and quality control checks </li><li>Coordinate routing of jobs and resolve installation issues </li><li>Work closely with the warehouse team for product staging and delivery </li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) </li><li>Background check required </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in flooring or construction (required) </li><li>Flooring inspector certification is a plus, but not required </li></ul>
