<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Set up and operate one or more machines to cut and process screen frame material to specifications or cut and punch wood, metal or glass materials. Directs other personnel to assist in maximizing the efficiency of the equipment.</p> <ul> <li>Adjusts machine to produce parts within tolerance and maintain scrap at acceptable levels. </li><li>Inspects quality of parts for dimensional accuracy, camber, bow, and scratches. </li><li>Perform quality checks using caliper and tape measure or check gauge. </li><li>Performs tooling changeovers. </li><li>Change saw blades and adjust depth of cut where necessary. </li><li>Enter production orders into controller. </li><li>Lubricate machine and tooling per preventative maintenance schedule or as needed. </li><li>Performs all cleaning requirements necessary to meet specifications. </li><li>Perform job requirements and operate equipment within safety guidelines and reports any nonconformance. </li><li>Maintain all documentation that is required. </li><li>Trains and helps personnel processes. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
