<p>Job description:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure </li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work </li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions </li><li>Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area </li><li>Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies </li><li>Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives </li></ul> <p>Looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus). </li><li>Technical Skills: Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers). </li><li>Attention to Detail: Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly. </li><li>Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function. </li><li>Team Player: Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors. </li><li>Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic. </li></ul>
