<p>Second Shift</p> <p>Monday - Friday 1500-2330</p> <p>Payrate is $15.00 + 10% 2nd shift differential</p> <p>PRIMARY PURPOSE</p> <p>Serves as a post-processing team member, and ensures safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation by selecting, labeling, and packaging tissue grafts for transplantation.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Obtains paperwork, select grafts, and label according to procedures. </li><li>Uses inventory tracking and scan checking software to ensure traceability and proper identification. </li><li>Applies labels on tissue grafts, places Information for Use insert into external packaging, and completes process to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures in a timely manner. </li><li>Inspects grafts for quality, packaging integrity, and accuracy of documentation. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES</p> <p>Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.</p> <ul> <li>Color vision required. </li><li>Heavy lifting required. </li></ul> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to:</p> <ul> <li>follow directions </li><li>work independently </li><li>function as a team member </li><li>report numbers accurately with minimal errors </li></ul>
