We refine the classics, develop the unknown, and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Pay rate: $20.00 hourly. </li><li>Full-time employees are eligible for 401K and healthcare benefits; Medical, Dental & Vision. </li><li>Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). </li><li>An organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standards for hospitality. </li><li>Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally. </li><li>The chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order, receive, sort, and distribute uniforms, shoes, and required tools/equipment to staff. </li><li>Collect returned items; inspect for damages and remove unserviceable items from circulation. </li><li>Issue and/or order replacements as necessary. </li><li>Ensure timely availability of required sizes and equipment for all staff. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of issued and returned items. </li><li>Monitor stock levels and conduct routine inventory checks. </li><li>Complete and maintain all paperwork related to inventory control and employee issuance logs. </li><li>Maintain sufficient supply levels and proactively reorder inventory as needed. </li><li>Keep the uniform room clean, well-organized, and in compliance with safety standards. </li><li>Label, categorize, and maintain a logical system for easy item retrieval. </li><li>Conduct regular locker inspections to ensure compliance with uniform policies. </li><li>Report violations or concerns to management for resolution. </li><li>Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by the manager. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in a similar inventory, uniform, or logistics support role. </li><li>Experience in hospitality, airline, food production, or similar industries preferred. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. </li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of organization. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). </li><li>Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as needed. </li><li>Hands-on approach and ability to multi-task. </li><li>Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. </li></ul> <p>Diversity & Inclusion Statement</p> <p>DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
