<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Team Lead</p> <p>Indianapolis, IN, United States | req25671 Third shift, 11:00pm - 07:30am, Sunday - Thursday, starting January 2026: 12-hour shift, nights</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift </li><li>You will also ensure production plan is followed and assist with training and continuous improvement </li><li>Prepare post shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings is part of your role </li><li>Function as a working Team Leader filling voids on the production team should they occur </li><li>You will assist with the effective training and continual development of Operation Technicians </li><li>Ongoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followed </li><li>Also you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goal </li><li>You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment </li><li>Monitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parameters </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>A High School Diploma / GED is required, as well as effective oral/written communication skills </li><li>You must have basic computer and math skills </li><li>Able to safely lift 40lbs, stand 8hrs or sit 8hrs with or without accommodation </li><li>Further you must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
