<p>Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA. This position requires deep-handed experience in BI visualization and Snowflake SQL to ensure performance, accuracy, and end-to-end ownership of BI deliverables.</p> <p>Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business and executive stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform advanced data analysis in Snowflake, including writing complex SQL queries and optimizing query performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and refine Snowflake data models, views, and aggregations to support scalable and accurate BI reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with data engineering, product managers, and business users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all BI deliverables while handling large datasets and near-real-time reporting needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights through data storytelling, support ad-hoc analysis, and proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or data engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on experience designing Tableau dashboards and performing advanced SQL analysis in Snowflake, including data modeling and performance optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions with strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
