Our staff members take ownership of decisions in which top quality outcomes are achieved.</p> <p>On this 12-bed unit, nurses primarily care for respiratory failure, ARDS, sepsis, and shock, DKA, heart failure, renal failure, complex vascular ENT surgeries, high risk surgical cases, STEMIs, and strokes.
