<p>Job description:</p> <p>Summary: The Native American Community Clinic is seeking a specialist to assist with grants management activities and handle key administrative tasks.</p> <p>Duties + Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for supporting the organization in writing new grants and managing our existing grant portfolio- coordinates the efforts of the program, finance, and administrative teams to ensure organizational clarity around applications, deliverables, and budgets </li><li>Organizes and maintains electronic and paper files of grant documents and resources </li><li>Gathers relevant information from program staff and assists with data entry and coding in finance software </li><li>Supports program teams, operations and finance in establishing newly awarded grants, including; hiring support, staff onboarding, and administrative setup </li><li>Assists with producing reports including grant ledgers, spend down, and other reports as needed for the Board, senior management, and program teams </li><li>Manages grant deadlines and progress across the NACC team to ensure that objectives are achieved, and funds are tracked and spent in accordance with grant budgets </li><li>Supports NACC staff with administrative tasks related to compliance, reporting, generating grant documents, and communicating with grantors </li><li>Works with Grants Manager to enhance and improve grants management processes and increase efficiencies </li><li>Assists with website updates, promotional materials, press releases, social media, and report production </li><li>Coordinates and sets up meetings and conference calls, assists with event set-up, and maintains the grants calendar </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>This job has no supervisory responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>1-2 years experience as a coordinator or administrative assistant.
