<p>Under the direct supervision of the Practice Administrator, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for additional care coordination between all providers.</p> <p>This position also requires patient education provided by the RN, which includes information regarding any infusions/medications administered to the patient, information related to chemotherapy administration, the potential risks, side effects, and the mental/emotional impact of chemotherapy. This patient care coordinator is located in our Oncology/Hematology department. The perfect candidate has good customer service skills and treats all patients in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. The Patient Care Coordinator must be a team player, providing help and support to their co-workers and demonstrating professionalism through adherence to Ogden Clinic's mission, vision, and values.</p> <p>Ogden Clinic provides competitive pay and benefits.
