This position is responsible for clinical services and program operations and may have direct clinical service responsibilities. The Program Manager provides day-to-day onsite oversight of clinical services and operations. This position supervises all clinical staff and ensures conformance with applicable clinical and operational performance standards. The Program Manager provides first-line response to customer complaints and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. This position is responsible for achieving clinical and financial program targets.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills and Qualifications</p> <p>Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to build and lead an effective team with excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Applicants should also possess extensive expertise in evidence-based theory practices.</p> <ul> <li>Post-graduate level degree (i.e., Master's level or above) from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health field is required. </li><li>One (1) or more years of relevant leadership experience is required. </li><li>Three (3) or more years of relevant clinical experience post licensure in the mental health/behavioral health field is preferred. </li><li>Licensed in the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health </li></ul> <p>Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) is preferred. </li><li>Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
