Ability to identify, analyze, manage, and communicate data in regard to resident care, staff performance, and facility system processes to ensure highest quality of care possible through performance improvement.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Licensed RN in the State of Virginia</p> <p>Skilled Nursing experience required</p> <p>Nursing Informatics Degree preferred.
