During our two decades of service, we have earned the trust and respect of our government clients for the simple reason that we have great people who are experts in their fields and take pride and ownership in everything they do.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees the entire program for the contract and all associated teams. </li><li>Ensures that deliverables are provided, and SLAs are adhered to. </li><li>Communicates with key government personnel including (but not limited to) the SDOD Director, Call Center Manager and COR. </li><li>Provides administrative direction to subordinate leads, has the corporate authority to recruit, hire, terminate personnel and commit corporate resources. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Holds ITIL Certification. May hold 1 or more Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications; HDI Support Center Director is preferred. </li><li>Fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
