You'll be responsible for owning and maintaining Wayfair's vast e-commerce catalog, executing strategy for product categories and managing supplier relationships, and continually improving the customer's on-site shopping experience.</p> <p>Possible Team Placements Include:</p> <p>Supplier Inventory Management</p> <p>On the Supplier Inventory Management team, we partner with thousands of suppliers to maximize customers' experience. This means driving speed and availability through supplier inventory and positioning strategies, leveraging both Wayfair's fulfillment services (CastleGate) as well as suppliers' existing supply chains. On this team, you'll have a "COO" mindset, and be responsible for individual supplier and category inventory strategy, including integrating with Wayfair's e-comm and physical retail.</p> <p>Supplier Ad Sales</p> <p>The Wayfair Advertising Associate is a client-facing, front-end sales role responsible for driving Advertising growth with Wayfair's most important and engaged client partners. You'll own the full Advertising sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing and growing strategic relationships. This role combines influential tactics with data driven insights and analytical skills to grow the business. Success in this role means building a high-quality pipeline, unlocking net-new budgets, and activating accounts not yet invested in Advertising. We're looking for candidates who have "a nose for the money" with strong commercial instincts, an ability to tell a compelling ROI story, and the tenacity to build a book of business from the ground up. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast paced environments, love the adrenaline rush of closing deals, and know how to create urgency and momentum with executive decision-makers.</p> <p>Catalog Merchandising</p> <p>In this role, you'll support the Wayfair Verified site experience and our new Perfect SKU workflow for SRBs by ensuring product information, imagery, and on-site presentation are complete, accurate, and on-brand. You'll partner closely with merchants and cross-functional teams, and use data to drive measurable improvements to the customer experience.</p> <p>Supplier Standards & Comms</p> <p>The Associate, General Merchandising plays a key role in developing and executing merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by making informed assortment decisions using data analysis and market trend evaluation. This role involves growing sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. You will contribute to setting and executing strategies for product categories, negotiating effectively with suppliers, and driving process improvements. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact Wayfair's success by shaping our product offerings and strengthening supplier partnerships.</p> <p>B2B Supplier Management</p> <p>B2B supplier management focuses on building and growing strategic relationships with suppliers to deliver the right commercial assortment, pricing, and availability for business customers. In this role, you act as a growth partner and account manager-aligning supplier roadmaps with category needs, negotiating B2B pricing and terms, and unlocking levers like merchandising, advertising, and operations to drive joint sales. You're responsible for understanding both customer use cases and supplier capabilities, then turning that into clear priorities, action plans, and performance management across your supplier portfolio.</p> <p>Category Management</p> <p>The Category Management team offers a unique opportunity to drive strategy for Wayfair's largest product categories through tight internal and external partnership. We serve as ambassadors of the product categories we manage. This strategically impactful role challenges you to blend analytical prowess with relationship-building, directly influencing sales, profitability, and assortment strategy within a key product category.
