Utilize direction and strategy from leadership in order to execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influence others to change behavior accordingly. </li><li>Support and contribute to systems capacity planning and prioritization, and examine business trends to stay current, agile and competitive.
