<p>Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant - P2P/S2C Implementation</p> <p>Location: Lake County, IL (3 days onsite in Waukegan)</p> <p>Duration: Contract (initial 6-12 months, with possible extension)</p> <p>Start: ASAP</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are seeking experienced OCM Consultant to support a large-scale Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) transformation program. The consultants will partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Technology to drive adoption, build change readiness, and ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, and tools.</p> <p>This role will be highly collaborative, requiring expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training, and sponsorship enablement.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Stakeholder Engagement & Impact Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Conduct stakeholder assessments, interviews, and focus groups to capture change readiness, ways of working, and adoption barriers. </li><li>Refine and maintain the Impact Analysis developed during mobilization to reflect new stakeholders, impacts, and dependencies. </li></ul> <p>Change Network & Sponsorship Enablement</p> <ul> <li>Identify Change Champions and develop engagement strategies to build advocacy within stakeholder groups. </li><li>Partner with executive sponsors to align leadership messaging, foster visibility, and cascade program communications. </li></ul> <p>Communication Strategy & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Develop a Communication Plan aligned with program strategy, impact analysis, and stakeholder needs. </li><li>Draft and coordinate delivery of communication materials to build awareness and excitement about the new processes, systems, and tools. </li></ul> <p>Training & Knowledge Transfer</p> <ul> <li>Develop a Training Plan to support stakeholder groups, aligning with program OCM strategy and workstream timelines. </li><li>Coordinate with workstream leads and SMEs to prepare stakeholders for new or updated tools, processes, and ways of working. </li></ul> <p>Program-Level OCM Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Support refinement of the overall OCM Strategy across seven transformation workstreams, recognizing interdependencies and timelines. </li><li>Align program-level activities in sponsorship, communications, training, and readiness to drive consistent adoption across the organization. </li></ul> <p>Sample Deliverables</p> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Assessment & Refined Impact Analysis </li><li>Change Network / Sponsorship Plan </li><li>Communication Plan & Materials </li><li>Training Plan & Rollout Timeline </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of OCM consulting experience with a proven track record in large-scale transformation programs. </li><li>Strong experience with Procurement/P2P systems (Ariba, Coupa, SAP SRM, or similar highly preferred). </li><li>Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications planning, and training enablement. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with program sponsors, technology teams, and business stakeholders. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to build trust and influence across different levels of the organization. </li><li>Onsite requirement: 3 days per week in Waukegan, IL (Lake County area). </li></ul>
