<p>Compass seeks a Marketing Coordinator (design-focused) based in Nashville to join the regional Tennessee Marketing Team, who shapes our marketing and branding projects in support of our real estate agents in Tennessee. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Tennessee marketing team in creating and delivering marketing and advertising collateral to our local agents, with an emphasis on design, project management and customer service. There will be a need for occasional travel (approx. 3-4x/month) to other offices across the Greater Nashville area (Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hensdersonville, Mt. Juliet.)* </li></ul> <p>At Compass You Will:</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with Compass agents on their project needs, ensuring a high level of customer service, communication, and timeliness </li><li>Support our team of marketers through execution of production design projects </li><li>Create marketing collateral for agents while closely following Compass' design guidelines and brand standards </li><li>Work closely with members of the marketing team to manage requests, prioritize projects, and understand agents' specific marketing and design needs and preferences </li><li>Utilize various platforms to create marketing materials, including Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as Compass' proprietary system, Marketing Center </li><li>Marketing assets span across print, digital, email, social media, direct mail and out-of-home </li><li>Maintain accuracy & effectiveness of marketing management systems and tools (including Workfront, Zendesk, and Monday.com) </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of marketing and design experience </li><li>Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator </li><li>Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines </li><li>Project management experience in a creative environment preferred </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment </li></ul>
