<p>Bring strong S4 HANA implementation experience of managing large SAP S4 HANA transformation projects as Enterprise Solution Architect</p> <p>Strong experience in solution design across multiple functional areas and having strong Integration experience with SAP cloud solutions / non-SAP application landscape</p> <p>Strong experience of stakeholder's management for a global program</p> <p>Strong experience of customer expectation management and address the potential issues through a pro-active approach with help of the implementation team</p> <p>Experience in overall team management with good interpersonal skills</p> <p>Bring in strong business process knowledge on manufacturing processes and integration scenarios related to a typical manufacturing business</p> <p>Strong cross functional leadership by working together with SAP functional consultants with different skills with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture</p> <p>Coordinating with business, during design, configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities</p> <p>Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives</p> <p>Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements</p> <p>Experience leading sales opportunities</p> <p>Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $275,000 per annum</p> <p>#LI-SV2</p>
