Special events and catering add a level of experience for culinary students that compares to the finest restaurants in the city.</p> <p>Server Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Taking resident orders </li><li>Making recommendations about menu items to residents and guests </li><li>Setting up tables and providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our residents. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a dining room server or waiter/waitress, preferred but not required. </li><li>Servsafe or Tips preferred but not required. </li><li>Must be able to read and write English, follow directions (oral and written) ,and communicate with residents and staff (oral and written). </li><li>Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system. </li></ul> <p>Our community requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption as a condition of employment.
