Together, GOLFTEC Enterprises is revolutionizing the way golf is learned, practiced, and enjoyed by golfers of all levels.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Product, the Digital Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of all customer-facing app and web products across GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK, delivering best-in-class digital companion experiences for our students and customers. The Digital Product Manager will be the strategic voice for these digital touchpoints-translating customer and coach needs and business goals into innovative, intuitive, and high-impact omni-channel products. We believe great Product Managers operate as mini-CEOs-owning outcomes, driving clarity, and rallying cross-functional teams to build experiences that move the business forward.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Creation - Establish and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the GOLFTEC App and online customer portals across both GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK. Maintain and prioritize a clear, data-informed backlog that balances customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.</p> <p>Drive Product Execution & Delivery - Lead end-to-end product management from concept ideation and requirement creation through launch. Collaborate daily with engineering and project management to ensure efficient, high-quality feature delivery. Conduct user acceptance testing and support rollout communications.</p> <p>Develop Customer, Coach, & Market Insight - Leverage feedback, analytics, and usability research to deeply understand student, customer, and coach needs and behaviors. Analyze industry trends in sports tech, omni-channel experiences, data visualization, and connected devices to inform product strategy.</p> <p>Champion UI/UX Collaboration - Partner closely with UI/UX designers to craft intuitive, beautiful, and conversion-optimized user journeys. Develop wireframes, prototypes, or conceptual mockups as needed. Advocate for design excellence and usability best practices.</p> <p>Spearhead Cross-Functional Go-to-Market - Align product initiatives with marketing, operations, membership, and engineering teams. Communicate roadmap, progress, insights, and plans clearly to stakeholders and leadership.</p> <p>Lead Performance & Lifecycle Optimization - Define, monitor, and act on key metrics such as engagement, retention, lesson views, calendar booking behavior, and subscription conversion. Lead A/B testing, product analytics review, and continuous improvement cycles.</p>
