<p>Job Title</p> <p>Inside Sales Account Manager- Ultrasound Service Solutions (Nashville, TN)</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Ultrasound Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for timely delivery of service solutions proposals to a defined account list within the assigned territory.</p> <p>Your role:</p> <ul> <li>Build rapport and trust with customers, over the phone. </li><li>Work the install base to address renewal, warranty, billable opportunities, while also capturing new business. </li><li>Based on customer requirements, develops a service solution strategy, which includes additional solutions such as clinical education, Technology Maximizer, and other customized offerings. </li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams. </li><li>Generate budgetary and formal quote requests and changes. </li><li>Negotiate agreements and achieve closure. </li></ul> <p>You're the right fit if:</p> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience. </li><li>You've acquired 2+ years of inside sales, field sales, customer service and/or relevant clinical experience. Experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables and/or any healthcare selling experience, preferred. </li><li>Your skills include excellent communication, listening, presentation, strong PC skills (MS project, Office and Outlook) and closing skills. </li><li>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. </li><li>You're a results oriented, high energy, balanced, "take charge" individual with a hunter mentality. </li></ul> <p>How we work together</p> <p>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $109,000 to $128,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.</p> <p>Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
