We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for coordinating and managing medical education programs by fostering relationships with healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals, to facilitate their professional development and ensure the organization offers high-quality educational opportunities.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care?</p> <p>No</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as medical staff, department heads, and education committees, to identify educational needs and develop comprehensive medical education programs. </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to understand their educational needs and promote participation in the organization's programs. </li><li>Organize and manage educational events, including scheduling, venue selection, logistics coordination, and securing necessary resources (e.g., speakers, audiovisual equipment, materials). </li><li>Ensure that the organization's educational programs meet the requirements of accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies responsible for CME. </li><li>Develop marketing strategies and materials to promote medical education programs to healthcare providers. </li><li>Collect feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and impact of educational programs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Management required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
