<p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Client Relationship Management:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with clients in the Boston and East coast region. </li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their needs and align TCS solutions accordingly. </li></ul> <p>Business Development:</p> <ul> <li>Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and develop strategies to capture them. </li><li>Lead efforts to expand TCS's footprint by cross-selling and upselling services. </li><li>Collaborate with sales and solution teams to create tailored proposals and presentations. </li></ul> <p>Strategic Account Planning:</p> <ul> <li>Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and client engagement. </li><li>Monitor account performance and develop action plans to address gaps and opportunities. </li><li>Work with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree </li><li>At least 13 yrs proven experience as a Client Partner / Account Manager managing IT services, Engineering and consulting engagements with annual revenues of $20M+. </li><li>Strong domain expertise in domain eg. Semiconductor, Hi Tech Experience in delivery governance and stakeholder management for large, distributed teams (100 to 500 members). </li><li>Strong track record of account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development. </li><li>Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills; ability to engage CXO level stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: 130,200-179,800 a year</p> <p>#LI-MM6</p>
