Provide your best care with more bridges and less barriers.</p> <p>Keystone Veterinary Emergency and Referral is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.</p> <p>As a client service coordinator you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <p>The CSR is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Managing multi-line phone systems and triaging emergency calls</p> </li><li> <p>Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate client/patient records</p> </li><li> <p>Greeting clients, handling admit/discharge documents, and processing payments</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitating communication between clients and the veterinary team</p> </li><li> <p>Provide empathetic, solution-focused communication during emotional or high-stress situations</p> </li><li> <p>Promote hospital services and educate clients on preventive care</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the lobby and client areas remain clean, stocked, and welcoming</p> </li><li> <p>Handle financial transactions, end-of-day reports, and maintain accurate records</p> </li></ul> <p>Role Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with handling animals, unpleasant odors, and medical emergencies</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in veterinary, medical, or client service settings preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Require open availability for scheduling.
