<p>Purpose:</p> <p>Provides program administrative and indirect clinical support for Community Health teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists team, clients, family members and other contacts according to general performance standards, demonstrating organizational values with all interactions while actively contributing to a positive work environment. </li><li>Collaborates with Community Health leadership to coordinate volunteer needs and opportunities, including Share the Joy and Perinatal Pack organization. </li><li>Triages Community Health information requests in collaboration with leadership and Coordinated Intake. </li><li>Answers intake phone as needed. </li><li>Prepares and orders supplies, equipment and educational materials for Community Health teams. </li><li>Maintains client records in collaboration with Community Health Data and Quality Manager. </li><li>Actively protects HIPAA regulations by ensuring patient information is kept secure and private. </li><li>Performs timely data entry and billing with accuracy for Community Health teams. </li><li>Ensures office environment is kept clean and free from clutter. </li><li>Serves as marketing liaison for material ordering and inventory. </li><li>Organizes meetings, client events, projects, trainings, and completes meeting minutes. </li><li>Provides support for social events held in the community and/or EveryStep locations. </li><li>Serves as a primary resource for the team for office duties such as distribution of mail, making copies, filing, and scheduling team meetings. </li><li>Coordinates and/or assists with special projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>Quality customer service skills </li><li>Knowledge of computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite </li><li>Ability to multi-task between data entry, data support and other clerical duties </li><li>Time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and seek clarification when needed </li><li>Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing </li><li>Team player who focuses on productivity and results </li><li>Ability to work among multidisciplinary teams </li><li>Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and proof reading </li><li>Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation if driving is required </li><li>Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen, 2-step TB test and background check </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Physical requirements: Light work, sitting most of the times, exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or small amount of force constantly to move objects </li><li>Environment: Primarily in a climate-controlled environment </li><li>Time: General schedule will be in the office from 8-4:30 Monday-Friday with the ability to be flexible with a varying schedule and programmatic requirements </li><li>Travel: May be required between locations </li></ul> <p>These characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
