If this type of culture and our values resonate with you, we would love to meet you!</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Life Enrichment Aides will be responsible for promotion of daily and on-going activities for residents that meet emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of residents.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with planning, schedule, and implementing of activities and special events that promote the physical, social, educational, and spiritual well-being of residents at Southfield Village. </li><li>Work collaboratively with other departments and volunteers to provide quality programs for residents. </li><li>Participate in community planning related to the facility </li><li>Encourage all residents to participate in activities </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent desirable but not required </li><li>Specialized training or experience in gerontology desirable </li><li>Experience in skilled care or residential services for the elderly desirable </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Full-time</p> <ul> <li>Part-time - 24 hours/per week. </li><li>9:00a-5:00p </li><li>Rotates every other weekend. </li></ul>
