We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Food & Beverage Team Member is responsible for providing efficient food services procedures to be used in all food areas and to assist the Food & Beverage operations in daily preparations and execution of events.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:</p> <ul> <li>Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service </li><li>Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine </li><li>Perform basic mathematical computations </li><li>Balance drawer and manage daily income </li><li>Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner </li><li>Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers </li><li>Pick up in and around concession areas </li><li>Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine, wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment </li><li>Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food </li><li>Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas </li><li>Alert management immediately for the following incidences: suspicious acting persons, intoxicated individuals, adults with no children, etc. </li><li>Alert management immediately regarding mistakes or adjustments to the cash drawer </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 16 years of age </li><li>Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays </li><li>Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer </li><li>Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons </li><li>Current Food Handlers Card preferred </li><li>CPR/First Aid Certified preferred </li><li>1+ years of experience in food service environment preferred </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high </li><li>Will be required to stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Able to enter information on computers </li><li>Must comply with safety and health code standards </li><li>Good personal hygiene </li><li>Facility has intermittent noise </li></ul>
