<p>Lead Corporate Credit Card Administrator</p> <p>Haugland Group, a privately owned Long Island, New York-based civil infrastructure and energy construction company, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Lead Corporate Credit Card Administrator to join our team.</p> <p>The Lead Corporate Credit Card Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's corporate credit card program. This role ensures proper card issuance, policy compliance, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and employees across the organization to maintain accurate records, enforce corporate card policies, and support efficient expense management.</p> <p>At Haugland, we understand that pushing the boundaries of what has been done is essential to develop the infrastructure of tomorrow. We are leaders in building what's next because we see the path to get there and we're setting a new standard of exceptional along the way.</p> <p>Let's build together!</p> <p>Key Functions</p> <ul> <li>Administer the company's corporate credit card program, including card issuance, maintenance, and cancellations. </li><li>Monitor corporate card transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. </li><li>Review and reconcile cardholder statements and expenses on a regular basis. </li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies, disputed transactions, or fraudulent activity. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of cardholders, credit limits, and account activity. </li><li>Provide guidance and training to employees on proper use of corporate cards and expense policies. </li><li>Work with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate posting of expenses to the general ledger. </li><li>Generate periodic reports on card usage, policy compliance, and spending trends. </li><li>Coordinate with card issuers and banking partners to address account issues or program updates. </li><li>Assist with internal and external audits related to corporate card activity. </li><li>Support improvements to corporate card policies, procedures, and expense management systems. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, expense management, or corporate card administration. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). </li><li>Familiarity with expense management platforms. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to manage confidential financial information with integrity. </li><li>Experience administering a corporate credit card or travel & expense program. </li><li>Knowledge of financial controls and audit processes. </li><li>Experience working with ERP systems. </li><li>Process improvement and policy development experience. </li></ul> <p>Why Haugland?</p> <p>Compensation range for this role is $65-85k.</p> <p>At Haugland Group, our benefits are designed to convey company culture and values which has employees at its forefront.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent benefits package including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), short/long-term disability, and life insurance </li><li>401k with 5% employer match </li><li>Employer funded Dependent Care FSA </li><li>Potential for annual performance-based raise </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Paid company observed holidays </li><li>Educational and professional advancement opportunities </li><li>Frequent company-sponsored events </li><li>Relaxed, friendly office </li><li>Fast-paced, exciting environment </li></ul> <p>Haugland Group LLC and its operating divisions, affiliates, related entities, and subsidiaries (collectively, "the Company") do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
