<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Product Manager or Product Development Lead to join the Haifa site.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>Lead the development of hardware-based products such as computers and sensors from the requirements stage through production and delivery to the customer</p> <p>Write product requirement and specification documents and analyze product performance</p> <p>Manage all stages of development within a multidisciplinary team (hardware, logic design, mechanics, software, and more)</p> <p>Conduct internal and external development reviews</p> <p>Lead the development of electro-optical, mechanical, and electrical test equipment</p> <p>Oversee integration and design validation processes</p> <p>Transfer products to production</p> <p>Provide product integration support at customer sites</p> <p>Prepare project work plans and budgets</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering</p> <p>Previous experience in systems engineering / product management / technical management</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in board design - Mandatory</p> <p>Experience in logical design, FPGA, or product management - Advantage</p> <p>Experience leading projects combining hardware, firmware, electro-optics, and software - Advantage</p> <p>Experience writing requirements and specification documents for boards and assemblies - Advantage</p> <p>Experience leading matrix, multidisciplinary teams - Advantage</p> <p>System-level vision, responsibility, organization, and independent learning ability - Advantage</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
