They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule operational and infrastructure changes within the data center to ensure minimal risk and disruption. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for change-related communication with operations teams, engineers, vendors, and customers. </li><li>Maintain accurate change records, approvals, and schedules using change management tools and processes. </li><li>Support risk assessment, post-change reviews, and continuous improvement to enhance data center reliability and performance. </li><li>Maintain training matrix with continual tracking for a client site and filing of training data. </li><li>search and resolve routine support issues. Follow-up to ensure resolution of open issues. Assist in preparing user reference material. </li><li>Compile a variety of operating, financial, and statistical information to respond to management requests as needed. </li><li>Ensure business policies and processes are communicated within the team. </li><li>Help to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution. </li><li>Support coordination, tracking, and enrollment of team training. </li><li>Confirm the provision of healthy and safe working conditions. Verify that both client and company health and </li><li>safety policies and processes are effectively implemented. </li><li>Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. </li><li>Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. </li><li>Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. </li><li>Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. </li><li>Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. </li><li>Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markup </li></ul> <p>CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $80,000 / $38.46hr annually and the maximum salary of $90,000/$43.27 hr annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
