<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Category Space Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead reset processes and remodels including drawing planograms </li><li>Build strong relationship with retailers as a trusted Category advisor </li><li>Lead, motivate and drive strong engagement with sales partners </li><li>Effectively communicate, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple customers </li><li>Track & measure retailer results against the aligned strategic goals and shelf objectives </li><li>Effectively educate internal teammates and external customers on growth opportunities through clear and impactful communications </li><li>Lead future industry growth in assigned areas of responsibility* Bachelor's degree, emphasis in Business or marketing related fields </li><li>2-3 years of relevant of experience preferred </li><li>Strong familiarity using space planning software (JDA, Apollo or Spaceman) </li><li>Proven ability to think strategically & take insight into action </li><li>A deep sense of accountability, ownership, and passion </li><li>Project Management experience and strong communication skills with cross functions </li><li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize & leverage multiple data points/insights (shopper, consumer, category, product) to create retail strategies that unlock growth </li><li>Category management experience is a plus </li><li>CPG background in a sales or category capacity a plus </li><li>Familiarity with Circana and data management is a plus </li></ul>
