Their overarching goal is to support multiple implementation steps to provide a best-in-class client experience, enabling Truist to achieve our vision and improve revenue realization.</p> <p>The Client Implementation Specialist II is focused on applying wholesale, banking, and communications skills in a timely and accurate manner. Their day-to-day work efforts involve collaboration, coordination and communication skills targeted to implementations for Truist Wholesale clients.</p> <p>The Client Implementation Specialist II is expected to own the necessary steps to ensure implementations are completed in a timely and successful manner even when aspects are delegated to others. They will collaborate with internal teammates, in both verbal and written form, to coordinate, complete, and communicate implementation activities. Work may include working with the client and or a client's representative supporting some implementations activities.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.</p> <ol> <li> <p>Responsible and accountable for implementing multiple less-complex products.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicates with internal and/or client personnel regarding various aspects of implementation efforts, conducted in a timely and accurate manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes expertise, internal and external business resources to resolve implementation issues effectively, maintain project deadlines, and meet client needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates a strong understanding of business agreements/documentation and operational function.</p> </li><li> <p>Accountable for the completion of assigned deliverables with little day-to-day management.</p> </li><li> <p>Documents all interactions and relevant information in an accurate and timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to Wholesale Payments agreements and documents policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains partnerships with LOB, Sales, and other stakeholders to provide mutual feedback on business processes, internal relationships, organizational strengths, and opportunities for improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively informs and/or engages leaders and others to communicate issues, risks, and opportunities to business partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Uses good judgment to balance internal processes and a variety of other contingencies/considerations.</p> </li><li> <p>Employs solid problem-solving capabilities to develop creative and tailored solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and/or escalate concerns and reduce basic operational, process, and compliance risk.</p> </li><li> <p>Executes with precision and accountability by following policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides support to related teams sharing Product knowledge and solutions to better serve our clients.</p> </li></ol> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ol> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Three or more years in Wholesale Payments, bank operations, basic project management, or other related industry experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to be proactive and adapt messaging based on the audience.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage and negotiate with internal teammates, vendors, and alliance relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships and leverage networks.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adapt strategically to evolving market demands, technology, and internal initiatives, catalyzing new approaches to improve results.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of standard and some complex Wholesale services.</p> </li><li> <p>Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, Internet, and MS Outlook.</p> </li></ol> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Degree/education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or another related field</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Salesforce</p> </li></ol> <p>General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
