This is an opportunity to drive end-to-end production processes, create synergy across multiple disciplines, and make a real impact on operational excellence</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Own full responsibility for production programs and plans</p> <p>Monitor production progress according to work plans and ensure smooth material flow throughout the manufacturing process</p> <p>Coordinate sales and shipment processes</p> <p>Track and control production budgets at the project level</p> <p>Manage operational risk plans within the project</p> <p>Drive efficiency improvements and optimize work processes</p> <p>Manage all matrix stakeholders while creating synergy between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management</p> <p>At least 2 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing company</p> <p>Experience in the defense manufacturing industry - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in process improvement - Advantage</p> <p>Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel</p> <p>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
