This role ensures the integrity, efficiency, and functionality of systems used for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial processes and technical aptitude for system design, data integration, and process automation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>System Support & Maintenance: </li><li>Serve as subject matter expert for financial systems such as ERP (e.g., Infor, SAP, MHC, GHX), and reporting platforms (e.g., Axiom, SQL, Tableau). </li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution. </li><li>Process Improvement & Automation: </li><li>Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial processes, reduce manual work, and increase accuracy. </li><li>Develop and maintain integrations between systems to ensure data consistency. </li><li>User Training & Documentation: </li><li>Provide training to finance and business users on systems and tools. </li><li>Create and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and SOPs. </li><li>Project Management: </li><li>Support or lead finance systems projects including upgrades, new module implementations, and enhancements. </li><li>Gather business requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure timely delivery. </li><li>Data Management & Reporting: </li><li>Ensure data integrity within finance systems through audits and reconciliation. </li><li>Design and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </li><li>Partner with Accounting, IT, Physicians Compensation and other departments to align system functionality with business needs. </li><li>Act as liaison between finance and technical teams during system development and issue resolution. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.</p> <p>Experience:3+ years of experience in a finance systems, FP&A, or financial operations role</p> <p>Certification: Not required</p> <p>License: Not required</p> <p>Other: Excel, Word, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to communicate effectively.</p> <p>US:FL:Fort Myers</p>
