UofL Health is home to over 14,000 team members, 1000+ providers, 200+ practice locations, 9 hospitals, and 4 medical centers.</p> <p>Our Mission</p> <p>As an academic health care system, we will transform the health of the communities we serve through compassionate, innovative, patient-centered care.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Art Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services to child, adolescent, and adult patients utilizing art and other expressive therapies to address interpersonal issues that cause emotional distress.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and enrollment in Art Therapy MA program </li><li>Ability to complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training and successful completion during new hire orientation. </li><li>BLS required from American Heart Association </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree from accredited AATA approved program or non-AATA approved program with a minimum of 18 credits in specified art therapy coursework.
