We are looking for motivated and energetic crew members to join our team to assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations.</p> <p>Pay</p> <ul> <li>The starting pay is $17.60 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location) </li><li>After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $18.60. </li><li>After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $19.50. </li><li>Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle </li><li>Hotel and a per diem are paid for overnight travel </li><li>Full Training: all necessary tools are provided </li><li>Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required </li><li>401(k) with company match </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <p>Based out of Elkhorn, WI.</p> <p>Hours</p> <p>The weekly average hours are 15 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 30 hours per week around holidays.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays </li><li>Ability to connect with team members and store associates effectively </li><li>Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams </li><li>Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset </li></ul>
