<p>The Internal Service Platform team builds Datadog's internal developer platform, providing clear golden paths for building, developing, and deploying services. By offering standardized tools and frameworks that abstract away complexity, we enable engineers to deliver products quickly and reliably.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Manager for the Workloads & Integrations team where you will set the vision, roadmap, and strategy to expand the platform's supported workloads and integrations. You will identify and drive initiatives that deliver a unified, high-quality developer experience.</p> <p>You will work closely with other platform teams to onboard additional workloads and integrations-such as datastores-further expanding our golden paths. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Workloads & Integrations, delivering capabilities that accelerate product development across Datadog. </li><li>Lead and develop managers and engineers, building a high-performing team that improves the speed, quality, and scalability of customer-facing features. </li><li>Deliver and evolve our workload offerings, such as HTTP, gRPC, task runners, and queues, that empower teams to launch products and enhancements faster. </li><li>Partner with platform teams, including AI Platform, Event Platform, and datastore platforms, to create seamless integrations that unlock new feature possibilities. </li><li>Engage with engineering teams and PMs to uncover the most impactful developer experience improvements, reducing time-to-market and operational risk. </li><li>Champion adoption of the platform's golden paths, enabling engineers to focus on innovation while the platform manages complexity at scale. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced technical leader with a background in building and operating backend systems that scale, enabling faster, more reliable delivery of customer value. </li><li>Empathetic people manager who develops ICs and managers into high-impact leaders, driving teams that fuel Datadog's growth and innovation. </li><li>Product-minded strategist who prioritizes work with the greatest business return, balancing technical depth with delivering value to engineers and customers. </li><li>Pragmatic decision-maker who champions iterative delivery and feedback loops, ensuring solutions accelerate adoption and reduce time-to-market. </li><li>Collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across platform and infrastructure teams to deliver capabilities at Datadog-scale. </li><li>An advocate for developer experience who knows that improving internal tools directly improves product quality, speeds releases, and drives revenue. </li></ul> <p>Datadog values people from all walks of life.
