<p>Work Flexibility: Hybrid</p> <p>The Senior Sales Operations Analyst works independently/collaboratively in the development/enhancements of complex business reports/dashboards to equip internal and external stakeholders with metrics/insights/analytics to assist in key business decisions. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports sales leadership/sales team by identifying solutions for complex business problems and driving process improvement.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop/enhance/update complex business reports/dashboards/models to equip internal and external stakeholders with metrics/insights/analytics to assist in key business decisions. </li><li>Support sales leadership in implementing programs and processes. </li><li>Support sales team in identifying business opportunities, answering day-to-day inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational systems and processes. </li><li>Assist with territory planning and sales GTM strategy. </li><li>Assist with the administration, the design, and the execution of quarterly sales compensation plans by analyzing sales performance data, market trends, and company objectives. </li><li>Collaborate with sales leaders, HR, and finance to ensure the compensation plans are equitable, sustainable, and incentivize the desired behavior/sales outcomes. </li><li>Generate regular and ad hoc report to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics. </li><li>Communicate compensation plans clearly and effectively with sales team as well as provide ongoing support for inquiries, </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Equivalent Degree. </li><li>Minimum 4 years in Sales Operations or like field. </li><li>Proactive approach to learning new skills/tools as needed to fulfill responsibilities of the role. </li><li>Experience in management of sales incentive plans. </li><li>Strong analytical abilities to understand, digest, and succinctly summarize complex data to technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/365 and other data analysis tools, VBA/SQL/Python/Compensation software skills are a plus. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Desire to work independently and in a team environment. </li><li>Ability to communicate confidently and professionally to all levels of an organization and with individuals from different cultures/backgrounds. </li><li>Highly motivated individual who can adapt and thrive in a demanding, dynamic, fast-paced work environment requiring a high degree of accuracy. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities/deadlines. </li><li>Strong understanding of Sales Operations processes and concepts. </li></ul> <p>$77,200.00 - $160,800.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
